For non-EU citizens who are not a family member of a European citizen
These identity documents are issued and renewed by the Immigration Office.
Any person whose identity document is due to expire must present themselves at the counter no later than a month before the expiration date in possession of an identity photo.
They are also required to bring the identity document due for renewal as well as documents necessary for completion of the procedure. (proof of current employment/studies, ... , as well as a passport photo).
